There is meaning behind the masks we don on our feet. I have a passion for shoes, I think it's one of the things that have the power to influence the person's personality, how each walk says a lot about their way of being.
It is all about building an image for yourself. Once you know what the basic code is, you can choose your shoes so that others will see you how you want them to. Actually, women's personality turns out to be visible from the kind of or types of shoes she wear.

Rachel Weisz in all its glory! That woman has a natural charm capable of seducing in any field. Between Margiela, Miu Miu, Gucci and Chanel, Weisz delights us with this film, apprearing as never seen before for AnOther Magazine 21 issue.
This film has been inspired by postmodern dance legend Pina Bausch. A leading influence since the 1970s for her unique style, blend of movements, sounds and prominent stage sets. EnjOy it babes!

AMS, LET'S LIVE IT

Something big and truly desirable has just begun. The Gorgeous has been selected among the blogs that are making a difference in Spain to be part of Absolut Mode Society, a project to mark a before and after in the fashion publications of our country.
This project has started this weekend at Cibeles Fashion Week. It's been a great experience, rather than the fashion shows, for the fabulous people I've met and for all the luxury that Absolut has given us!
From now on I'll be also posting on its website! Here you can see the video made by waau.tv super team as an introduction to what lies ahead.

QUANTUM PRESENT

The company known for sponsoring Fashion Weeks throughout the world is also known for continually fusing modern ideas with the heritage of the past. And in no effort has this been more realized photographically than in this art piece. It was shot at Mercedes headquarter and home of the Mercedes museum—a place which showcases the entire history of Mercedes, in Stuttgart Germany.
There is timelessness to these images. They feel modern enough to be shot ten years in the future but with a reverence to the heritage that it could have been shot in the 40's or 50's.

Adapt or die. As many times as we've heard it, the lesson doesn't get easier. We always want more. We want love. We want success. We want to be the best that we can be. So, we fight like hell to get those things. And that's what live is about, right? Let's move on and live the dream.

TAINTED BEAUTY

I have the pleasure to present an exclusive portfolio from the iconic fashion and art photographer Deborah Turbeville who opens at Donna Karan London store its new exhibition, Tainted Beauty on 8th of September.
Describing herself as “avant-garde and extreme”, her stories are only partly told, featuring seemingly lost characters connected to the audience through their direct yet subdued interaction with the camera’s lens.
Classically composed, softly focused, elegant and melancholic, Turbeville’s it's part of a generation of fashion photographers who focused on the subject in their photographs as opposed to the clothes they are wearing, and who followed their own distinct conceptual agenda, rather than that of the stylist.
